Our Process
CONCEPT DESIGN
Our design process begins with conceptualisation and nailing down a direction for the overall design. Having a strong concept is the foundation for beautiful and cohesive design. We love getting inspired and really sharing this process with you, using magazine clippings to compile everything and create a conceptual presentation. The first stage is all about moodboards, getting more detailed with each one. After two rounds of your feedback, we'll know how to create that feeling you're looking for when you walk through your front door.
DETAILED DESIGN
Once we have your approval on the concepts and design direction, we will proceed to bring your vision to life. This involves working through iterations of furniture options, layouts, bespoke joinery, and finishes to finalise the design and budget that will enhance your home.
We then translate the approved concepts into a 3D scaled model of your space, incorporating all lighting and finish materials, and providing detailing and building drawings as needed. This comprehensive process effectively ties together the design concepts with your actual space, offering a valuable visualisation tool to bring the overall design to life, particularly beneficial for minor renovations.
DELIVER
Once the detailing process is complete and all designs and finishes are approved, we move into the implementation phase. This involves gathering all technical drawings and specifications to bring our exquisite conceptual design to life. We also provide project management services, collaborating closely with the chosen contractor to ensure that design details are executed accurately, following the guidelines outlined in the construction documents. Overseeing the construction process and working collaboratively with builders to create your desired unique space.

Here are some colour schemes that designers often use to combine tones and colours in the most visually appealing way possible.

Monochromatic scheme: All one colour room with different shades of the same colour.

Harmonies: Colours sit next to each other on the colour wheel, for example, red, orange, yellow.

Triad combination: 3 colours evenly spaced on the colour wheel.
